Hi I'm Amy, I'm so glad you're here!

I'm a Pilates teacher, teacher mentor and the founder of The Teacher Collective.

If you've found your way here, I'm guessing you're the kind of teacher who, like me, loves learning.

The kind who finishes a training course and realises there are still a hundred questions you want answered.

The kind who watches a workshop and immediately wants to know more.

The kind who knows that qualifying wasn't the finish line... it was the starting point.

That was certainly me!

My first qualification gave me the foundations I needed to begin teaching, but as I started working with real people, I realised there was a depth to the method that I hadn't yet fully understood.

I found myself wanting to know more, not just what the exercises were, but why they existed, how they connected to one another and how to teach them with real confidence.

That search eventually led me to train with Joanne at JPilates, and it completely changed the way I saw the work.

It wasn't about learning more exercises.

It was about understanding the method on a much deeper level.

I quickly realised that teaching real people felt very different from teacher training.

That's exactly why I created The Teacher Collective.

I wanted to build the space I wish I'd had when I first qualified.

A place where teachers could continue learning, ask questions, deepen their understanding and feel supported every step of the way.

Inside you'll find class plans I've created and tested myself, exercise tutorials, workshops, deep dives and honest conversations about teaching.

Nothing is gatekept, and if I've learned something that has helped me become a better teacher, I want to share it.

More than anything, though, this is a community of curious teachers.

Teachers who love learning.

Teachers who aren't afraid to ask questions.

Teachers who know that there is always more to discover.

And honestly, I think that's one of the best things about this profession.

The learning never stops.
