I was trained in the original Pilates method, and I feel very lucky to carry the Joseph Pilates lineage forward through my teaching.
But The Teacher Collective didn’t come from theory. It came from years of teaching.
From standing in front of real people, teaching real bodies, building countless classes, trying things, learning what works, what doesn’t, and discovering that so much of becoming a great teacher happens after you qualify.
Like many teachers, I left my training with a foundation of knowledge. It was through years of teaching, practising and continuing to learn that the pieces really started to come together.
That’s what I want to share with you here.
